TLDR: if you download the purchased files, you are no longer eligible for a refund. In order to get a refund, do not download the files after purchasing.
1. Right to Withdraw

2. Refunds Before Download
If you have not yet downloaded the product, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at contact@alexa-does.design. Once the download has started, no refunds will be issued.
3. Acknowledgment
By purchasing and agreeing to download the product, you acknowledge that your right to withdraw from the contract is forfeited once the download begins. This waiver is in line with EU consumer laws regarding digital goods.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

What happens when you ask for a refund
